Turnip Fries

Ever have a sautéed turnip? No? Try it!
Ingredients

1 Large Turnip

Oil
Directions:

Heat a skillet on medium high heat with the oil in it

Peal the skin off the turnip with a potato peeler

Slice the turnip into rectangles

Once the oil is hot, place the turnips into the pan

Sauté until browned or to taste

Serve on a plate and enjoy! (I like mine with dijon mustard)
